Ferguson, Beene and Evans has years of experience leasing office buildings, retail centers, and warehouse space. Providing a strong marketing plan, an analysis of the market, and recommendations for space planning and construction, are just a few of the services we provide our clients. Tenant representation is also a strong part of our business, and we work diligently to show our clients all available properties, and represent them throughout the lease negotiation process.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Capital Management Company, which is owned by the same principles as FB&E, provides services, can take care of any, or all of an investor’s property management needs.
